Mike oversees all aspects of Broadridge Customer Communications in North America. Prior to his current position, he served as the Head of DST Customer Communications from 2014 to 2016 and President of DST Brokerage Solutions from 2011 to 2014. Before joining DST, his career included a variety of strategic positions, including Managing Partner for Finix Business Strategies where he guided Finix’s unique advisory model; CEO of Finix Converge, a social networking technology company; Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Operations Officer for Legg Mason Inc. for 13 years; and leadership roles at Kidder Peabody, Lehman Brothers, CS First Boston and Bell Laboratories. Mike has been involved in a number of major transformation, integration and conversion efforts throughout his career.

As the CIO of Broadridge Customer Communications, Mike guides the delivery of customer-centric solutions to keep Broadridge’s clients at the forefront of industry best practices and operational excellence. Mike focuses on the practical application of novel ideas and technologies. His leadership responsibilities include the development and support for omni-channel communication solutions.

As President of Broadridge Digital and a member of Broadridge’s Executive Committee, Doug’s responsibilities include Broadridge’s digital services and overall digital strategy. Prior to assuming his current role, Doug led Broadridge’s U.S. proxy and prospectus services, as well as Broadridge’s Customer Communication businesses. Doug was the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer for Broadridge, responsible for mergers and acquisitions and strategy, from 2007 to 2009. Prior to the spin-off, he served in various strategy and corporate development roles for Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Prior to joining ADP in 2002, he was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Lehman Brothers focusing on the technology sector.

Robert Kalenka

Chief Operating Officer

Bob Kalenka is Chief Operations Officer of Broadridge Customer Communications, leading the Operations and Client Relations team and providing global leadership for procurement, corporate facilities, real estate, voting and auditing. In addition, Bob and his team service and support Investor Communications Solutions and Mutual Funds and Retirement Solutions. Bob is also on the executive committee of the Leadership Development Program, which is comprised of 1,000 Broadridge leaders, with the focus of developing and improving managerial and leadership skills.

Jeff Musgrove

Senior Vice President of Customer Communications

Jeff provides leadership to the product strategy and execution teams at Broadridge Customer Communications. In this role, Jeff is responsible for product management, solutions analysis, project management and internal communications, ensuring that our solutions continue to advance the multi-channel initiatives of clients and the marketplace. Prior to his current position, he served as head of the product strategy and execution team for DST Customer Communications from 2014 to 2016 and President of Finix Professional Services from 2011 to 2014. In the community, Jeff serves as the President of the Board for the House of Ruth Maryland, a non-profit organization leading the fight to end violence against women and their children, as well as a Wish Granting Volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic.

Joe delivers visionary and strategic solutions and services that meet the needs of the evolving customer communications marketplace. While keeping an eye toward evolving communication touch points, he specifically focuses on advancing print and postal optimization solutions to help drive down costs and improve efficiencies while bridging the gap between print and digital engagement. In his role, he also oversees solution analysis and sales support teams.

Debbie is responsible for designing and executing the product vision and strategy of Broadridge Customer Communications digital solutions. Debbie manages a product governance program that evaluates and prioritizes new features and services, digital channels, and launching capability sets to ensure our solutions are client centric, agile, and scalable. Prior to her current role, Debbie was the Director of eSolutions Operations with DST Customer Communications where she was responsible for business unit oversight, defining service and operating standards, and customer relationship management for all eSolutions products and services including EBPP, ePresentment, eMail, SMS, Secure eMail, Online Banking, ePayments and eGift.
